Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is the child of a Russian mother from India and an Afghan Hindu father. She is fluent with German Russian and English and is also fluent in French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru was born to an Indian father as well as mother of a Russian mother. At the age of 11 Annat Mahendru choreographed, and danced in a show that resulted in the honor of a German TV appearance. The show featured a Russian-born snow maiden that transformed into an entertaining Indian dancer. When she graduated from the high school level at the age of 11 in New York, she received her bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. Following school, she began acting classes in the HB studio but the left to study improvisation with The Groundlings School taking on several comedy-related projects afterward. The actress was born at the age of 13 in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). The family moved together with their father to East Meadow, New York at the age of thirteen years old. She is a part of FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. TV actress known for playing former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. She has had a recurring part in The Following on Fox, The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
